Did I mention that the lady across from me at the WW meeting lost 5 lbs her first week? I wanted to slug her. I'm not prone to violence, but this lack of french fries and chips is doing something to my brain...not enough salt and fat.
So next week, I'll kick butt!!! (hopefully not literally)

HG's Freezy-Fresa Strawberry Margarita Berry Nice!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Sprite Zero (or any diet lemon-lime soda)
- One shot (1.5 oz.) tequila
- One serving (half a packet or 1/8th of a tub) sugar-free strawberry powdered drink mix (any variety, like Crystal Light Strawberry-Kiwi or Energy Wild Strawberry)
- 4 frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 cup crushed ice or 5 - 8 ice cubes
- Optional Garnish: lime wedge
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until uniform and slushy. Pour into a nice glass and, if you like, garnish with a wedge of lime. Drink up!

Ugh! I am frustrated too. I would start exercising this week, but I'm traveling all week. So it's not likely to happen until next week. I have nothing else to report. I'm not going to talk about it. Maybe I should get my nails done. Anything to make me feel like my body looks better in some way. Lisa~

You Go MIMI!!!!!! It will be hard to catch up to you, but I started working out this morning...30 minutes on the bike & treadmill...eat my dust baby.
Come on Lisa, now that I made myself get up at dark-thirty this morning, I do feel much better about myself whether I lose another pound or not. When you're travelling you probably walk and move around more than usual so don't be so hard on yourself.
P.S. I did get my toes done Saturday - BLUE - a color I have never picked before. Annie is so jealous. Now if I just had some really cute sandals to show off my toes...
