Hello....yes we do have a contract on our house. and a back up contract if that one doesn't go through! That's the good news. The bad news is both contracts are contingent on the sale of their respective houses. Today I began to think about the fall out that could come. What if THE BUYERS have buyers that also have to sell their house, and their buyers have to sell a house....the domino effect. It's too much to think about.
I just want a place of our own, soon Lord. Once again I'm student of the month learning patience I guess. It's more like student of the year isn't it? Most of you know we are living with friends here in Tucson. While it's not a bad situation, it's a little tight here. Our dogs are imposing themselves on others, and every time something breaks, scratches, etc. I feel the imposition even more. Then to top it off one of our dogs gets bronchitis...a bad case, and she was coughing like you wouldn't believe. I can hardly put up with us myself...I don't know how my poor friend Cindy can!
Ok I'll admit it I'm more than a little homesick I guess.
But I STILL LOVE my new job...

Although the domino effect COULD happen, we are believing that it will NOT happen for you three, and the sale of your house will be completed by the end of May. That's May THIS year! Love you all, and miss you like you can't believe, Mark and Celia
It's a happy/sad situation. I hope you sell the house, but I hate to have your connection to our little town be cut off. Lisa~
