NINE years ago we were handed a 27 month old screaming girl.
We spent the next 3 weeks learning to be first time parents to a toddler who did not like us very much.
It was the LONGEST 3 weeks of my life.
Annie has turned into a beautiful young lady. I am so proud to be her Mom.
