Ok you Losers....

time to post your losses...

I lost a WHOPPIN ZERO! Yee Haa...not. Well at least I did not gain. This past week was a stressful one, and it's not going to get any better any time soon, so I've got to deal with it by planning a little better, eating a little less, and continuing to work out just a little harder.

So, anyone beats me this week...but I've got 5 more weeks to go!

Here's this week's recipe that everyone at WW has raved about for 2 weeks now. One lady said she eats it for breakfast! WOW, I'm gonna try this one soon (but not for breakfast).

Tami's Veggie Soup
1 cup = 1 point
Serves 10

2 lbs. frozen vegetables, such as California blend
3 cans Fat free chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
10 oz. diced Velveeta LITE

Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer til done.

That's it, my fellow losers! Now give me some numbers ladies...MAKE ME PROUD!!

I seem to be confused... Did we start last week? I weighed on Wed, but thought we were starting Monday 31. What day are we weighing and posting?...Don't mean to sound like an interigator, just want us all on same playing field. I did lose, but will not count since I think we should all start/weigh on same day...no whining allowed later.

MIMI - SLOW DOWN, let some of us catch up...would you just go eat come bacon and eggs...doesn't that sound REALLY REALLY GOOD....now I'm just trying to level the playing field (tee hee).

All kidding aside - MARY, you ROCK sista skinny pants! SO, I weigh every Saturday morning, and will try and post the results sometime over the weekend. Then everyone else reports their loss on Monday...how does that sound?
OK I hope.

Hi Everyone!! I must confess, I just got off the phone with Mary to ask her how to post on a blog!!! What a techno illiterate!!
Well, over the last week I lost 4 pounds.
Please note that I am not eating any fruit,dairy,grains, or anything white at all. This due to a lot of intestinal problems. I would not recommend this weight loss program to anyone!!! Amy

OK Amy I know it sounds crazy, but if you are having intestinal problems (not stomach problems) you need MORE fiber. There are lots of studies out now that show people with irritable bowel, etc. need to increase their fiber to decrease the intestinal over-secretions. It has really helped Brandt. Not to mention that it lowers your cholesterol too!
