This one is SO EASY
Take a fresh ear of corn, you know shuck it, wash it, etc.
Place it on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil sprayed with just a tiny bit of Pam
Brush the corn with teriyaki marinade (I've used Lowrey's, and another one I found in the Chinese food)
Wrap up the foil, place it on the grill, turning every so often.
It is the yummiest corn recipe ever...I would have never thought it. It's a little sweet, a little salty, a little garlicky...speaking of garlicky, you can also sprinkle garlic powder on the corn before cooking too. YUMBALICIOUS!
2 weight watchers point for a big ol' ear of corn (and it's in season right now!!)
