new home?

We MAY have an opportunity to stay in a condominium located on one of the local golf courses up in the foothills of the mountains. A friend at work is checking into it...while it is about 30ish minutes from work, it would be an opportunity for our OWN place!!! I can hardly wait to find out if it could be true (did I mention it's FURNISHED???)

I also have a very nice patient who's family lives in a really great area, called Sahaurita. Annie and I went there to dream over model homes a couple of weekends ago. Well, this family came to our clinic this week and brought news that neighbors were moving away in a couple of months, so they recommended US to rent their home! It's steps away from a lake, bike/walking path and in a gated community. AND, in our price range!

Now, just sell our house....my dear friend Celia is gathering prayer warriors who are praying to sell our house by NEXT WEEK, so we can close by the end of May! Go Celia! Keep praying and I'll keep you posted on the great news.
